RENEWALS - NEW for 2024/2025
Membership Renewals for next year will be done IN-PERSON beginning at the October General Membership meeting, and continues through the January General Membership meeting. You have 4 meeting options to renew your dues.
All dues renewals were due by January 28th, 2025. If for some reason you missed it, please come to the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting to ask for an extension.
RENEWAL DATES FOR 2025 MEMBERSHIPS:
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29th beginning at 7PM
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26th beginning at 7PM
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17th beginning at 7PM (subject to change)
TUESDAY, JANUARY 28th, 2025 beginning at 7PM
Membership dates for 2026 renewals are to be determined. Stop back for updates on dues renewal times.
IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO ATTEND ANY OF THE FOUR RENEWAL MEETINGS LISTED ABOVE, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BY CONTACTING OUR MEMBERSHIP VP, DAVID B. (club treasurer) by email: hfgmembership@gmail.com
IMPORTANT!!!! You must bring your previous year's membership card with you and show your verified service hours to the membership committee to renew.
Dues renewal amounts are as follows:
Regular Member - $100
Family Membership - $110
Age 65 or older with 10+ years membership - $50
Ages 65 or older with 30+ years membership - $25
